Sarina Parachini
Sarina (she/her), President and fearless leader, founded Stellar with a vision of providing exceptional remote bookkeeping support to business owners across America's creative sector. With a background in cultural anthropology and the arts, Sarina demystifies the often overwhelming world of accounting. She is known for her passion for systems and processes. As President, she approaches her role as that of a steward, dedicated to nurturing the business in a holistic fashion, facilitating the optimal experience for her clients and team. Most importantly, she holds the title of Fastest Typist at Stellar (80+ WPM).
Outside of work, Sarina is a family woman who cherishes time with her two children. She is passionate about exercise, good food, creative and meditative practices, and connecting with the wonders of the natural world.
Kristina Ayres
Kristina (she/her) is the Vice President and a founding member of Stellar. With 8 years of experience, she brings a wealth of expertise as a skilled account manager, trusted problem solver, and our dedicated payroll specialist. Known for her eagle eye for detail, Kristina is committed to providing exceptional service, particularly for our premium, high-touch clients.
Outside of work, Kristina channels her creativity into baking and decorating beautiful cakes, and she treasures time spent with her two young daughters. Whether it’s hiking, camping, or simply soaking in the stunning landscapes of Northern California, she and her family love making memories together in the great outdoors.
Robin Santos
Robin (she/her) leverages her background in hospitality to bring foresight and exceptional organizational skills to her role as Accounts Manager. She is dedicated to supporting a diverse range of clients and ensuring their needs are met with care and precision.
Beyond her professional work, Robin enjoys nurturing her garden, getting lost in a good book, and spending meaningful time with her family.
Hannah Trogdon
Hannah (she/her) is a talented Bookkeeper specializing in Accounts Receivable. From her home in Germany, she brings a refreshing international flair to our team. She studied Biology with a minor in Spanish at Edward's University and has a remarkable talent for learning languages, complemented by her extensive travels around the globe. Originally from North Carolina, this expat mom infuses joy and laughter into every interaction, making her a cherished presence on our team.
Daniel Lopez De Mesa
Daniel (he/him) is a talented Bookkeeper and dedicated team player who brings a fresh outlook to our team. Originally from Colombia, he studied International Business before relocating to New York City. Daniel is a proud father of two children. He also has a bird named Pepe and a cat named Saboo. He collects ponchos (fun fact!), and he has a deep passion for music, devoting much of his free time to collecting LPs, attending live shows, and even playing guitar himself.
Crystal Graham
Crystal (she/her) is our newest Bookkeeper and a fantastic addition to the Stellar team! In addition to her bookkeeping role, this dedicated mom manages a tattoo shop. When she isn’t working or raising her two kids, Crystal passionately engages in community harm reduction efforts.
Her love for the outdoors shines through her hobbies, which include hiking, foraging, thrifting, and antiquing. Crystal also makes time to immerse herself in live music events, particularly those in the hardcore, punk, and metal genres. She embodies the values of authenticity, compassion, courage, and curiosity, bringing these qualities and more to our team at Stellar.
Miranda Ellis-Hontz
Miranda (they/she) is our Operations Assistant, supporting the day-to-day tasks that help Stellar run as efficiently as possible. With a BFA in Fine Art Photography and an MFA in Community Art, Miranda brings a keen artistic eye and strong community-building skills to everything they do. After a decade of living a nomadic lifestyle, they have recently settled back in their hometown of Atlanta, GA, ready to grow roots.
Outside of work, Miranda dedicates time as the President of the Board at one of their three children's preschool and runs the Recycled Uniform Committee at their eldest child's elementary school. When they find moments for themselves, Miranda enjoys wandering in the woods, studying native plants and animals, reading a good book, and savoring the slower things in life.
